  12,000 hits last week!!
Yes, it's definitely been a high period for hits. In fact, the last week has been the best week for hits that I've ever had.....nice evidence that my site is still working and reaching new people.

I continue to promote the site locally and on the internet. I have also started some auctions in a range of different categories on ebay. Hopefully people will jump onto these auctions....they could potentially allow people to author in the stories for less than going through the site directly.

I was contacted by a journo from TV1 news last week. We failed to get in touch with each other on our respective attempts though, so hopefully next week I'll find out what's going on with a potential news story.

Surf was up this weekend in Nelson......it's funny because for a place that gets very little surf, an amazing amount of surfers come out of the woodwork when there's waves and make it pretty crowded in the water. Pretty bloody annoying actually.

Next week at work is going to be pretty busy. There is always so much to do everyday, even my break in Dunedin was busy......one day I'm going to just do nothing for a while.

Official blog of the first website (that I can find) to sell words on the internet to create a novel while providing online advertising. Crazy concept eh? Well actually, it's not that crazy, but since it's the first site to do it, it might just make me a millionaire. Let's all cross our fingers, and shoelaces, and anything else you may have, and hope it becomes a success.
